We collect all data of your property portfolio and enter it into our system. If your management is placed elsewhere, we arrange the transfer directly with your current manager. In the case of property companies, we discuss extensively with the accountant about the financial implementation.

3. Assesment

We conduct a thorough inspection of your property and at the same time get to know your tenants. This enables us to perform a null measurement and to set up a multi-year plan. Moreover, we digitize relevant information to manage your property optimally.

Indexation clause surcharge for residential rent above 3% seems unreasonable: What to do?

On November 29, 2024, the Dutch Supreme Court issued an important ruling on the commonly used indexation clauses in lease agreements for liberalized residential properties. These agreements often included a clause allowing annual rent increases based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) plus a fixed surcharge.

The Supreme Court has now ruled that a surcharge of 3% is considered reasonable. But what does this mean for existing and new lease agreements?
